The doctors that Arnold & Itkin sent us to were highly regarded in the fields that they were in. Other doctors that we would go to would recommend [them]...would say how good those doctors were and hard it was to get in [to see] those doctors. The doctors were taking really good care of us.
What Sets Arnold & Itkin Apart from Other Lawyers?
I’ve never had any dealings with lawyers before, but what I feel like sets them apart is their determination to get to the bottom of it. Whether it’s worth suing or not suing, you're going to get a large amount of money or not, it didn’t matter—they wanted to get to the bottom of it. To find out if there’s any way they could help you. That, to me, sets them apart. Not so much chasing the dollars as much as they are trying to make sure there’s something there for you.
Would You Recommend Arnold & Itkin?
If I knew somebody who was hurt or injured, I would definitely recommend Arnold & Itkin. They just have a lot of integrity. They did what they said they were going to do—things didn’t work one way, they would find a way to make things work. They were always there for us.
